      Pros

      work on your own as if you are running your own store. Management is not breathin down your neck. I like a job well done. It can be accomplished if you kiss the right butts. (Not my style) The dining people are awesome. We have fun, cause we are all in the same boat. If we were truly appreciated for all our hard work...we would be compensated. But we go through the motions in hope that one day... it will be within avi's budget to compensate us accordingly.

      Cons

      communication seems to be an annoyance. This should be a positve thing.The more you do...the more the company expects.Heck I was promised a gas card for a reference and they claim it wasnt on the paperwork.I was told I could be a superviser once the building took off.I even worked in another department for less money than what they were starting new hires at. I am not stupid. So I will just do what I can to make things better. I keep my chin up and hope to be recognized for my hard work and dedication. LOL

      some nice professional colleagues good central location

      Cons

      little to no training provided - you just have to hit the street running and hope you catch on quick! lots of politics - you're doomed if the right people don't like you pay was straight commission (no base) which makes it difficult to pay your bills during slow economic times - also benefits weren't very good, you got 1 wk of vacation after 1 year working there, seemed a little stingy to me

      Pros

      Depending on department flexibility in the workplace can be excellent. Depending on department micromanagement is not a problem. Work can be fast paced and exciting. Opportunities to learn new technologies as they appear within industry is available. Support base from the United States - if utilised correctly - can be a huge benefit

      Cons

      Workload is abhorent. Lack of understanding at coalface at directorship level. Client is always right - even when evidence demonstrates otherwise Expansion of business coming in has NOT be anticipated and actioned on by supporting departments - leading to failures Directorship level not listening to staff and staff are leaving due to this.
