      Pros

      I have been worked for AVISPL only 5 months after the merge processes with SHARPS AV. Sounds like a great company so far.

      Cons

      With the new acquisitions the AVI-SPL should choose a better migration technology plan. The technologies are being migrated without good architecture plan impacting the end users and the business direct.

      lack of communication on internal changes: ( staff changes not on a leadership level, company equipment changes, account management changes, staff contact information, time to adjust to changes............)
