      Pros

      Great treatment of employees. Customers really trust the company to deliver and past and current performance overall validate that belief. The management team top to bottom is open minded to creative business cases to advance customer relationships.

      Cons

      The company is addressing a market where they dominate and also evolving to address new markets. The speed at addressing the new market is slow and methodical. The heritage business is in transition and it takes more time to address the market.

      Pros

      It's interesting to see the previous patronizing generic posts. Like they are trying to change their ratings on glass door. Seems a little suspect to me.

      Cons

      Don't buy in to the BS. This is a flawed business model that burns people out.

      Thank you for your review. Although we respectfully disagree with some of your points, we are sincerely sorry to hear about your negative experience with the company. AVI-SPL is extremely proud of the collection of incredible employees we have. A couple of those points of pride include employee retention, with roughly a third of our team having spent over 5 years with us, and nearly a fifth over a decade. This number is even more significant when you take into account our significant growth in that time. We cherish our collection of experience, talented youth, and accomplished recent hires that resulted in AVI-SPL posting its best performance to-date in 2015, and setting us up for even more success in 2016 and beyond.

      Pros

      Work environment is very open. The option to work from home when needed is granted.

      Cons

      Very poor support in Operations. Management is paid handsomely while operations make barely enough to survive. They've lost a lot of great people in the past 15 months, something needs to change. Current management points the finger at the people who have resigned when in fact the problem sits behind the doors that are always shut.
