      A poorly manged inept company. Career digression if you sign on!!!

      Pros

      Sad but there are none from the first day of employment to the last. If this company was publicly traded, and included in portfolio ' s associated with individual 401k ' s you will have nothing after a single morning of trading!

      Cons

      Work close to 12 hrs a day and several weekends to have uncertified project management kill any chance of compensation in post sales. Sales management literally falls asleep during meetings while complaining about not receiving a bonus. Most of management, corporate wide, lack the core business acumen for any revenue increase in any business vertical private or public.

      Pros

      I work with some truly amazing people. I am not going to say we always are on the same page, but we work together to resolve issues and focus on the customers. There is always room for advancement if you work hard and show initiative, The company has undergone significant changes in management and the results are positive. We are all working towards the same goal! Everyone's opinion and ideas matter.

      Cons

      No company is perfect. There are always challenges. However, the good far out weighs the bad. Wish we had some better backend programs, but we are constantly working on improvements.

      Pros

      I got to meet some really awesome people from different departments.

      Cons

      Avi was a pretty good company to work for if you were in the right department and I was not. It was difficult to move around in the company or even get promoted, It was mostly controlled by men and they were the ones to get promoted.
