Pros

Great people to work with. Busy but relaxed atmosphere. Co-workers are so energized and excited about the projects they are working on.

Cons

Low pay, no room for advancement. employer doesn't like to pay for new training classes so you don't get them. Even though they are a technology company they are way behind the times in things like working in the Cloud and using SharePoint.

There really aren't any pros any longer. There used to be some good people working there but they see the weighting on the wall and are slowly leaving to seek better employment.

Cons

Penny wise and dollar dumb. This company doesn't have a clue on being profitable any longer.... Very poor management the past few years. All the good people are leaving because the company is falling apart.

Employees are professional, knowledgeable and honest. There is a large support team comprised of multiple departments throughout all the company locations. A great training program, commensurable compensation, excellent benefits, continued opportunity for personal growth and career path development.

Cons

We need more local resources to work on the many project opportunities available. The administrative system of large companies can be very complex.
