In my nearly 3 years with the company, I have had the privilege of working with many teams across our organization and am continually impressed by the drive, intelligence, respect and internal customer service that our employees demonstrate on a daily basis. There is a real sense of team at AVI-SPL in that we support one another, address each other's needs with a sense of urgency and hold each other accountable in the most positive and motivating of ways. While advancement paths may not be explicitly crafted, there is always opportunity for growth through internal networking and demonstration of hard work - you just have to take the initiative. After starting in an entry level position, I have earned 2 major promotions in my brief tenure and am excited by the promise of the future with this company. Additional Pros: Work-life balance is excellent. Flexible & employee-centric. Employee morale programs and events are fun and engaging
