Pros

My experience working for AVI-SPL was good overall. Colleagues and management were nice and supportive, and the overall atmosphere was good. Senior management pushes to make the company feel like a family.

Cons

-You are based in another company and have very little engagement with your actual employer (AVI-SPL), yet you still report to two managers (in different companies!) and assessed by different criteria by each. Sometimes, you are somewhat an "orphan" because of that, in my case, my salary raise "fell between the cracks" although agreed. -As a technician in a multinational tech company, you are likely to earn significantly less than some of your colleagues. -There are few career opportunities in this role.

* Have top class names as clients. * Colleagues are very helpful and all pull together.

Cons

* UK Management have no interest in retaining experienced personnel, if of a certain age. * Relationships being lost due to lack of attention to detail when delivering projects. * Perceived as cowboys in the industry.
