      got great experience from them, not afraid to give praise. the work I did really impacted the company and I was recognized for it

      Not very clear on what advancement opportunities there are available for everyone. Also had some managers who didn't always know what was going on

      Have not seen promised benifits to customers. Temporary cuts to bennifits apear to be perminent...

      Pros

      Large size gives employees some good resources to work with. Training oportunities have been reletively good (last year is an understandable exception).

      Cons

      Customers have not really bennifited from the two companies merging. Prices are industry standard, oredering is still inefficient. Bennifits for employees are almost worthless.
