Remote work, decent pay, but don't expect anything much.
Cons
Ridiculously stressful job even if you only work at home and don't have to go to work. This is the most brutal job I've had spending the longest hours continuously dealing with rude customers and the shortest breaks. It's insane.
Met some really nice people and people try to help each other out as much as possible; you will have a good support system. Initial training is comprehensive and is a good look into what the job will entail. Fun team building events. It's a good place to start out if you never had a remote job. Definitely room for growth but like any job you have to work up to it but I think liking the nature of the work only helps.
Cons
Low starting pay and work is repetitive. Sometimes it takes a long time for procedures to get implemented which makes sense for some things but not for others. Sometimes interactions between coworkers were awkward, perhaps it doesn't translate well in the remote environment.
