      Pros

      AWeber is an awesome company. They really do care for their employees. They provide sitting/standing desks, large monitors, and professionally on premises cooked lunches. The are constantly striving to improve the company culture while pushing forward with new an innovative ideas for our customers. Overall a great company to work for. A place where you are truly a team member and not just a number.

      Cons

      Due to the relatively flat organizational structure, not many promotions. Lots of opportunity, but if you are a move and shaker, not much room to advance here.

      Cons

      AWever has a terrible work environment that brings extreme level of stress and toxicity to the employees. The management is full of tyrants who never want to hear what the employees have to say. And they want us to follow everything they say. The clients I deal with are annoying, but the managers I deal with are horrible.

      Feels Like Home!

      Pros

      This office feels like home to me, so coming to work is always easy. I'm friends with almost all of my teammates, which makes every meeting feel like a little party. I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but it's true about 90% of the time. The flexibility here is inviting and the atmosphere is comfortable. I'm encouraged to be myself, try my best, and support my team. I really love working here.

      Cons

      I would not advise someone to work at AWeber if they had high hopes of moving up in the company over a short span of time. This is a place where every position is valued. Promotions happen, but not necessarily as quickly as they would in a company with a different attitude.
