Pros

- Open communication is actively promoted: Team collectively understand the value of perspective. - Culture of continuous improvement (This is not the environment for you if you value 'complacent comfort' ) - Incredible team. Curious, passionate, and committed to solving problems for the people they serve. I've not been in a more supportive environment. - Team promotes curiosity and isn't overly precious about any process or approach if there is value in a proposed alternative. - Competitive benefits - Company paid health/dental/vision, gym, tuition, and internet reimbursement, stipend for office equipment, on and on.....

Cons

- Can be very challenging for those who find managing competing priorities difficult. - As public communication is the expectation - People who don't engage likely won't thrive - People who actively hide won't last.

Pros

AWeber is a great company to work for, and consistently has been for many years. While being at AWeber, you get to work with awesome technologies and serve really cool customers. The team dynamic at AWeber is top tier, and communication between team members is ever present. There is always information sharing, internal documentation to reference, and avenues to learn/stay in the know. This commitment to public facing communication allows team members to know what's upcoming, know what's expected of them, ask questions, posit suggestions/ideas, and appropriately prepare and plan. At AWeber, everyone has a voice, and their voice matters. Being at the company each day feels less like a job and more of an opportunity to accomplish something great.

Cons

At the company, we all actively work to make AWeber better for today, tomorrow, and the future. If you are someone who prefers to silo information and hide from your team, working at AWeber would likely not be a good fit for you.

Real Remote Culture

Pros

Four years ago, AWeber embraced a remote-first approach, and it has only improved since then. While many companies are now recalling their employees to the office, AWeber remains dedicated to remote work and to enhancing the culture that supports it. I'm proud to be part of a company that consistently prioritizes its employees' needs and well-being.

Cons

This review focuses on remote work, which isn't suitable for everyone. If you're seeking a place to coast or hide, AWeber may not be the right fit for you. Our remote environment demands proactive engagement and visible contributions.
