Pros

* Our customers are amazing and getting to build products that help them run businesses that they feel like they were made to run is incredibly fulfilling. * The team truly cares about helping our customers grow. They think creatively, are willing to take tough conversations to have an impact, and collaborate fearlessly. * Great benefits in a remote environment.

Cons

* The email marketing space is crowded, so we have hard challenges to solve. Not a place to work if you don't want to solve difficult problems.

Pros

Met some really nice people and people try to help each other out as much as possible; you will have a good support system. Initial training is comprehensive and is a good look into what the job will entail. Fun team building events. It's a good place to start out if you never had a remote job. Definitely room for growth but like any job you have to work up to it but I think liking the nature of the work only helps.

Cons

Low starting pay and work is repetitive. Sometimes it takes a long time for procedures to get implemented which makes sense for some things but not for others. Sometimes interactions between coworkers were awkward, perhaps it doesn't translate well in the remote environment.

Pros

The people are kind, caring , and helpful. It is a collaborative work environment, and the upper management is committed to helping you succeed. They are accommodating when you need to take time off and have amazing benefits!

Cons

Work hours are long and weekend work is required for some weeks out of the month. The work itself is rewarding, but never-ending, and it can be exhausting.
