Pros

Office environment, training, good internal branch support

Cons

External departments outside of branch office were a mess. Communication was awful and they would often drop the ball - even with A clients.

Pros

Great Autonomy and independence. Might be the best place to work in order to gain sales experience. If you can persevere here, you can persevere anywhere

Cons

This industry is extremely difficult to become successful. I think there are different firms and home offices that increase the chances of success for young/early hires.
