Pros

Attractive bonuses and commissions. There is a system in terms of basic knowledge teachings of the products. There is a compulsory mentor ship system.

Cons

Promotion is too fast till it comes to a point where there are many Tom D and Harry who are able to promote to a managerial position because of easy target they have to hit. There is no minimum experience in leadership within the criteria, where some of them end up do not perform well as a good team leader.
