- Strong and recognised insurance brand. - Amazing work culture and benefits. - Worked with some amazing people. - Senior management and the CEO are always keen to know your recommendations/inputs towards growing the business. - Leaving to pursue my MBA abroad was the toughest choice i ever made. - In short, AXA takes care, recognises and value's its employees that put in the effort. - If i ever get the opportunity to go back to working for AXA, i would do it in a heartbeat.

Cons

- Work can be stressful at times but its enjoyable as you are given the freedom to work your way. - Honestly i cannot think of another con.
