Pros

Advancement opportunities, excellent training, high income potential, leadership development, robust platform to serve client needs, genuine impact can be made on the lives of clients, great work environment

Cons

This is definitely a career and not simply a job. For those that don't approach with correct mindset or are not right for the job, it can be a very frustrating experience. For those that persevere and avail themselves to the resources and training available, however, it can be life changing!
