Pros

Decent pay, only work M-F, does enjoy food and giving us food treats.

Cons

Can feel like a sweat shop. We have to change our status to "break" just to go to the bathroom but we are only allotted 20 minutes a day for breaks. For our phone system they have added in automatic pick up which feels invasive.

Pros

Schedules could be flexible if one is not on the phones

Cons

Management are there because they outlast others not because of their merits. A very chaotic place with very poor communications.
