Pros

Graduate programme Global company with global opportunities Benefits People are generally good to work with

Cons

Culture and pace can be slow - decisions are not made quickly and have to go via numerous stakeholders Lack of communication between departments so work can be duplicated or missed Often you get ahead by who you know rather by merit and performance

Pros

Flexibility. However!, its 100% commission so you wil lfind yourself working like a dog. Nice big commissions. Is it worth it? You decide...

Cons

High expenses. Pay for your own computer. Will allow anyone to be "promoted" to a management position. They will take a likeable person and have them feed others crap on what a "great" career it is. Its your decision if its worth it.
