Pros

Amazing work life balance, Incredible team, Fab work ethos, Really enjoyable place to work. It sounds really cheesy but I love work, I love the office and working from home. Changing a career from the NHS to AXA was the best life choice I have made in my career.

Cons

I am not sure I have any.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your time with AXA. Supporting colleague development and creating a positive working environment are core priorities for us, so it's disappointing to hear you feel like we missed the mark here. Career pathways are a major focus for us, so I'm sadden to hear this hasn't been reflected in your experience working at AXA thus far. We're committed to supporting internal mobility and upskilling so that all our colleagues have the resources they need to broaden their skillsets and achieve their career ambitions. We'd recommend speaking to your line manager, leadership team or us in the People Team to learn more. Thank you again for your feedback, we appreciate your honesty. We remain committed to making AXA a great place to work. AXA People Team

Pros

The executive team have the right intent and roll out initiatives with the aim of support

Cons

Locally people are worked to mental breakdown, no support is available, resources are scarce, seniors do not help, seniors get praise from few large cases so they can valiantly save the day, if you work at AXA there are still only a minute amount of people willing to help, it’s likely if you are not extremely experienced you will drown under pressure. There was a big problem with work related stress yet it was never addressed. The systems only get more and more complex, technology is horrendous, it felt like daily torture to survive at AXA. Survey scores reflect this view.
