*Work Life Balance *Teammates who are willing to go the extra mile to help *Various applications that help build the skills needed to be well rounded *No Micro-Management *Opportunity for growth and ability to work cross projects and frameworks

Cons

*No complaints as of yet and I am pretty sure based on my current experience here there will be no future complaints. It is what I expected from the interview to the first day at the job.

Pros

Good IT people from top to bottom. Including highest level architects, directors and CTO - brilliant guys.

Cons

Product and Project Management are far below the average developer in terms of industry experience - on average 1/3-1/2 years of experience resulting in a frustrating mismatch causing process to be very confusing and more inhibiting than facilitating.
