Smart devs, good benefits, decent pay, friendly environment. Some great people.
Cons
Engineering team is not prioritized, development is understaffed, senior management makes no effort to be in touch with average employee or leave their bubble. Oh yeah, hope you like drama, inappropriate parties, gossip, and working late.
