Pros

Get to get out of store.

Cons

Get paid crap money for allot of work. Have to make 300 plus calls collect on crazy people trying not to pay there bills for there tvs or furniture. Have to lift 300plus pound washers with cement in them up flights of stairs. And no matter if you have a college degree or not.No matter your previous work history or education they will not promote you if you do not know or are related to someone! pays 11hr. The managers will crook the accounts numbers and not put in the returns of items so they get there bonus and you get written up. Terrible company they ride the backs of young people and sit on there buts and collect there money! If you value Your body and your mind and your future. Keep looking this place is a JOKE!

Pros

The company should be commended for their efforts to help the less fortunate. Helping people own furniture, electronics and appliances on low income with no credit check is good. Reporting to credit bureau on payout is cool. Benefits ok. MY manager is amazing. People I work with are cool.

Cons

Long list! We try to help people with bad/no credit and people try to take advantage. Harassing people is not the business I want to be in. I understand the necessity but calling people up to 5 times a day and going to their houses to collect money or merchandise is unsavory and scary! The hours SUCK! 8am-9pm almost every day! Regional management harasses managers daily even when we are on goals and do not give credit where credit is due. Also I am suppose to be a manager in training and all I have done is accounts for the past year. I feel inexperienced on the sales floor because I have no time to learn anything! I do not ever want to be a GM here!
