Pros

If store is fully staffed and you have good mgmt, the job is a breeeze. Consistent hours , and you will get downtime at different points through shift. Good benefits also!

Cons

Pay honestly should be more for delivery drivers especially with the amount of physical labor they have to do throughout the day. If store is short staffed and you dont have good mgmt in store, job can be a nightmare. Esp in summer where its hot outside and you have to unload merch/freight by yourself. Job can be very physical and time consuming plus you will feel like you are being severely underpaid for the amount of physical labor you have to do.
