Pros

They are no best reasons

Cons

Plenty of them for sure.. low pay.. not worth the heavy lifting for that low pay.. long hours , they rip off the customer charging them triple over what the merchandise is worth. Products that are their home brand are cheap made and appliance and electronics is cheaper stuff but they sell at higher price then the better stores with better products. All these rent to own stores are a crazy messed up business to work for.

Pros

Outside, Not to much supervision, Solid benefits, Pay is low but does improve a little. Some room for advancement.

Cons

Management is bad, They would rather complain and yell than train you right the first time. Learn as you go and at your own risk. You have to have thick skin to tolerate the attitudes but you do get to leave the office and get away from it. Bed bug infestations, horrible houses that should be condemned and dirty furniture is what you deal with daily.
