Pros

The benefits like personal days, sick days and vacation provide you with the flexibility to plan for personal time away from the job.

Cons

You are never told what the delivery schedule will be until the day the delivery is due. This doesn't allow you to mentally plan your route. Also drivers have to load their own trucks and select the orders for delivery the next day.

Can't really think of any.

Cons

Not enough pay for a lot of stress. No work/life balance. Greedy management who will let you lose a sale for the SMALLEST of money issues. No communication because management doesn't let sales people do ANYTHING. Everything that doesn't include a sale ends up going to a manager because sales people arent given permission to do anything, but yet get drilled when things done get done. Example: we HAD to market. Go door to door at apartments and businesses but we didn't have access to the marketing site, so management had to print flyers for us. And most the time they were too busy to do so.

The pay is great cause the margins are huge. Great discounts on new and used products. Teaches you to be fearless.

Cons

People with no or bad credit are people with no or bad credit for a reason. They can't pay their bills now so lets give them something they can't afford and expect you to collect for it. Reverse racism is rampant. Black or Hispanic and your set. If your white you better be in rural america or you won't last long.
