      Low pay/ No work life balance

      Pros

      The only positive is: It's a paycheck...but small. NO LONGER PUBLICLY TRADED

      Cons

      RIDICULES expectations for low pay. No work life balance. Upper Management cares only about $$$. Commissions are laughable. No raises in 2 years. Company sold and is no longer publicly traded. Will things improve?

      Pros

      Bonuses can be decent if you can push to tier three

      Cons

      Overwork for the little pay. I did multiple jobs besides selling. Even deliveries and unloading the truck for $14 / hr….which took away from my sales / bonuses.
