Guaranteed 5 hours overtime weekly, nice sales incentives, small but obtainable bonuses, knowledgeable and patient managers, nice work environment.

Cons

Just moving stuff. I'm a desk jockey by nature so moving furniture isn't always my favorite lol. In my position it is not frequent so I don't mind too much.

Great manager. Other departments, not so much.

Cons

Horrible culture. Employees treated like children. Lunch breaks don't need to be timed when you're a salaried employee. Ideas should be welcomed and not shunned.

Cons

You are asked to use your personal vehicle to drive to customer homes for collections. Having to wait outside a customer house for hours to try retrieve furniture or payments.
