It's good and bad

Pros

Have many different opportunities to bonus. Great culture.

Cons

RM controls your schedule. RM will cancel orders for customers just because leaving you scrambling to find something else for the customer because the other stores don't have it in stock (happens weekly). You will live at your store. It is expected for the GM to be there from 8 am to 7pm 5 days a week.
