* The culture is very friendly and positive. * They have an activity community that has activities for the employees regularly. * Management is very friendly and easy to talk to. They listen to their employee. They are very transparent.

Cons

* If you work yourself up in the company, then do not expect to be paid market value. I was being paid half of what others were making in my chosen profession.

You can come into contact with some great people, whether it is the employees or the customers. Pay is based off of your performance as a GM, and if you know how to reach certain goals you can make a pretty bonus.

Cons

Ideology in some areas is to bring in new talent at a higher pay instead of promoting longstanding employees with great track records.
