      Culture is bad, home life is worse.

      Pros

      If you like building relationships with people, you will have no shortage of customers and employees coming and going.

      Cons

      Turnover rate is through the roof, Culture is terrible, used to be better years ago. As management, home life is non existent, except for Sunday of course. The pay for hourly associates is well below average, with extremely high goals and expectations. Can make more an hour flipping burgers with no expectations.

      It is an OK job, but not a career

      Cons

      Long hours, little pay, commission fluctuates, too many changes, hours suck, you must do a boatload of sales calls
