Great company, taking steps in the right direction...
Pros
The stores are built on a much needed service to a customer that otherwise would have no options. The relationship with the customer seems to really resonate with the store employees. The corporate office is experiencing significant change, but all in the right direction. There is a new CEO with a clear vision for innovation and doing things the right way. He is willing to invest resources into functions that had previously been neglected, which caused many of the issues you see in other reviews. There are significant opportunities in the HR and IT departments, as both are engaged in major initiatives to make the company a great place to work and a leader in retail technology, respectively.
Cons
Change is always hard for some, especially those that have been there a long time. These folks tend to throw up road blocks or be generally negative.
