      Pros

      training programs, advancement opportunities, career minded, relationships built, pay for performance structure, benefits, the company is a great company to work for. anyone who complains, has to understand.. RENT TO OWN is not FOR EVERYONE. This is a unique industry, and possibilities are endless when you take the initiative.

      Cons

      uniformity between regions/divisions. stronger guidance direction from upper management. the complaints i read about too many hours? since when did 40-45 hours become too many? complaints about upper management, understand not every regional/divisional/general manager manages the same.. its not the company but the supervisor.

      It's great pay... Nice employee purchase program...

      Cons

      Sales goals are UNREACHABLE, people cannot hit 100+ customers every month... IMPOSSIBLE... In my experience with the company there are so many cons I don't have the time to type it all out. Watch your back they will turn on you...

      Pros

      Time off policies are great, coworkers are friendly, extremely hard to get fired. Good pay and bonuses

      Cons

      If you are not apart of the inner circle you will not get promoted. I personally worked for them for five years and was passed over for promotions due to my gender. I exceeded monthy goals and went above and beyond.
