Decent Pay Great People to Work with Opportunity for Advancement Days go by Quickly Building Rapport with Frequent Customers Learning Something New Every Day Helping People Achieve the Satisfaction of Ownership through Leasing Working with Customers that Know their Obligations to Pay and do so on a Regular Basis

Pros

The pay scale is above and beyond the competitions. Five day work week with Sundays off.

Cons

Not as bad as restaurant hours but still working late (9am-9pm) Can be put in dangerous situations. The constant renewel calling can become a bit monotonous.
