Pros

Hard to think of any.

Cons

EVERYTHING. Poor training. Management is even worse. Even upper management and corporate is awful. The products are cheaply made but cost so much. They run a nothing down or penny down but still want you to get a down payment. They demand you force optional insurance protection extras onto as many people as possible and you get in trouble if you don't. Aarons does NOT care about any of their employees at all.

Pros

Plenty of hours. Employee discount was substantial. A good place to start a sales career for the most part.

Cons

My manager gave me minimal training. It felt like I only learned when I made a mistake. Can be dangerous recovering furniture as a large percentage leased was in the projects. Perhaps the worst business model I have ever seen. They want you to get as much money up front as possible and simultaneously putting out an ad for $1 down.
