Flexible, management is easy to work with, and job is easier than some.

Cons

Plays favorites, they will back stab you if furthers them, and pay isn't that great.

Fun place to work, alot of downtime. Easy to sell and make commission and sales goals.

Cons

LONG HOURS with little pay and no recognition. 90% of the time if I was scheduled for 730 I would not leave until 830-9. Not to mention my GM was extremely unqualified and incompetent!
