Pros
Good Benefits, A Work Out
Cons
If your working in a store that has switched GM's and PT's 3 times when the store has only been open a year and that's both positions. Have not had a raise and been employed over a year but your expected to still do the hard manual back breaking labor. GM's make like 40 to 70k a year sitting behind a desk making phone calls while your unloading 80 or more piece trucks. Pulling heavy furniture, heavy appliances and tv's by yourself at times, loading it on the truck then having to deliver it to customers houses, apts and or condos then realizing you have to go to the 3rd floor using the stairs since the merchandise doesn't fit on the elevator. So you end up carrying a full living room and a king size bedroom up the stairs. Then after that delivery you might have 4 or 5 more deliveries in the day that consist of heavy items going into random areas. So before you apply think about that $9 dollars an hour 40 hours a week barely clearing 20k a year which in this state is enough if your living with your parents and have no real bills to pay. You can't even afford a simple $500 a month apartment with that pay. But you break your back for a company that frown's upon overtime.... And don't get me started of the issues ive had when I had a baby... Ughh I'mm done.
