      Overall the experience has been good but rough at times.

      Pros

      Depending on which department you work for makes a differenance on how you will like working for the company. Company has been doing well during recession.

      Cons

      Benefits are ok but not great. No real HR department. Although company has done well during the recession this has not filtered down to emplyees.

      Pros

      Fun place to work, alot of downtime. Easy to sell and make commission and sales goals.

      Cons

      LONG HOURS with little pay and no recognition. 90% of the time if I was scheduled for 730 I would not leave until 830-9. Not to mention my GM was extremely unqualified and incompetent!

      Pros

      Very good work environment and a solidly financial company. They are a leader in the industry and have a much better reputation than any other rent/lease companies out there.

      Cons

      Unfortunately sometimes choices and hiring decisions that are made on management above the store level are misguided because they play favorites or the person at the regional level has done actions in the past that were covered up and not brought to the attention of senior leadership.
