Relatively flexible hours and remote work policy 401k matching up to 5% smart, kind people Casual environment steady work level not too much work outside of work hours
Cons
Outdated policies on paper, including the non-existence of the remote work policy awful choice of outsourcing companies management has large pockets of incompetency Nobody ever gets fired unless it's a round of layoffs You have to push HARD for any sort of promotion, pretty much have to say that you will leave otherwise to get one sub-par compensation Lots of company values are in word only business preys on the poor
