Co-workers make working here bearable. Decently sized campus.
Cons
Employees are over-worked, underpaid, in small teams and strung along for years at a time by Managers, Senior Managers, and/or Directors with promises that they will receive opportunities to climb "soon". However, employees are only able to climb when a higher position becomes available via someone else leaving out of frustration of not getting compensated fairly. Candidates are not rewarded naturally and permanently for exceeding performance other than minor "Excellence Awards" or small bonuses.
