Pros
Good work life balance for entry level positions. Overtime work is not required. Benefits other than salary and RRSP contributions seem standard.
Cons
Poor monetary compensation. Although there are opportunities for continued education and career development, they do not seem to be important or valued in workplace culture. Career seems to be stagnant or slow progressing.
