Good benefits, reasonable pay, lovely work colleagues

Cons

Poor work life balance, not enough resource allocated for the amount of work, top management expect you to give up weekends and evenings to get the job completed and put more and more on people. Too many over complicated processes that top management circumnavigate round, lack of training. People are over worked and under alot of pressure, toxic management team, dont care about their people or the product, just profit.
