Pros
Life work balance is very good. There are many resources to assist in making your job easier. There is a lot one can learn about nutrition, logistic and Marketing here at Abbott. There are more that 20 product line that one can learn how Marketing and Market research are done to move the business forward.
Cons
I find it difficult to get the management to think outside the box when it come from a young or unseasoned associate. It seams that management doesn't want to venture away from the middle to often even to test the market.
