Cons

Constantly cutting sick hours/days off Confusion with PTO Constantly making up rules as they go Can't even keep their supervisors around, they quit without a notice. High turnover rate, too heavy a workload for too few people Don't care if you're getting hurt on the job. They'd rather put you on a different station than have you go to the nurse (refuse to address situation)

From start to finish the process was nothing short of divine intervention. I came into contact with Abbott from a career fair. I interviewed 3 times in one day and it was all casual conversation of the managers wanting to get to know me. There were no star questions. The recruiters are amazing from Corrine to Nikki! Wow! From the start to the end of the hiring and interview process was nobody but God. Abbott is my new forever home and the start of my career. Thank you Jesus for this phenomenal and life changing opportunity!
