Pros

Pro: Easy work if you can follow process step.

Cons

Con: Upper management setting unattainable goals causing teams to work OT consistently every week. Work description states the job is Mon-Thurs (10Hrs) but its more like Mon-Fri with the occasional Sat. -"mandatory". Work here if you need excessive amount of OT and want nothing to do with your FAMILY. Ironic how their quality policy is about building it for your family. How embarrassing.

Great Benefits. Needs Cultural Overhaul.

Pros

Benefits are fantastic, but compensation could be better. Work/life balance and workplace flexibility is reasonable. If you stick around for a long time, it definitely pays off.

Cons

Company is very old and disjointed, and the culture reflects that. Very siloed, and some silos are toxic. If you end up on the wrong team, you could become stunted in your career growth and fall behind. Expectation is that you put your nose to the grindstone and wait your turn for opportunities, and that will not sit well with younger employees.

Pros

Benefits. Pay is good but a lot of manufacturing jobs are catching up with them in terms of hourly rate

Cons

Hoo boy. Turn over rate is high, they have a whole training department that isn't allowed to train, they wanna be a 24/7 operation and go about it in the worst ways possible, mechanical failures are a common occurrence, 0 communication, management is top heavy and is more concerned about being right or avoiding confrontation than production and there are no growth opportunities as management will gatekeep you as they don't wanna lose bodies from their dept.
