Pros

The health benefits are good here.

Cons

In retrospect, I wouldn’t recommend this company for women because of how blatantly sexist it is. Most companies at least try to hide it. They are very forgiving of sexual transgressions my management so I imagine that that’s been helpful to some people there.

Pros

Wonderful people to work with, pretty good flexibility with working from home, management seems to care about promoting from within, a lot of variation in study opportunities and room for growth.

Cons

Communication could be improved. Processes and instructions are constantly changing--especially with Abbott's acquisition of SJM still. It's kind of the norm that things aren't constant.
