      Careful...the transformation has wiped out most of the IT jobs.

      Pros

      - Amazing benefits (3 weeks vacation, profit sharing bonus, 401k match, health/vision/dental, education subsidy up to 7,000 per year, and many more including a pension) - 3% raise or so per year

      Cons

      - The transformation has made everything even more of a mess than it was before - Disorganized - Promotions and pay raises are done on a very specific schedule, and it is nearly impossible to get more than a 5% raise per promotion, which can take 2-3 years as it is

      Pros

      Good benefits, above average vacation days, decent compensation for entry level employees.

      Cons

      Ill-defined processes. Existing ones are inconsistently followed, different procedures contradict each other. Lack of ownership and unclear responsibilities for "undesireable" tasks and deliverables. Tasks assigned without consideration of individual workload. Employees with the company for several years are paid less than new hires for the same roles/job titles. Flextime officially offered, but not actually encouraged. Lack of innovation or interesting work to keep employees engaged.
