Pros

Decent benefits. Other than that Avery cutthroat and stab your colleague in the back culture. People will Do anything to try and get ahead.

Cons

Lack of ethics. Use clinical studies to promote sales which is illegal. When confronted about this they look the other way and threaten you. Sales reps will screw you over in a heartbeat. Absolutely no camaraderie or feeing of being a part of a team. Extremely low morale. Pay raises are minimal.

Pros

The worker bees are great (CRAs, CSCs, etc). The research is interesting.

Cons

The managers are sneaky, two-faced, and gossipy. They have ruined the culture of this office. If you are a potential CRA or DM, RUN AWAY NOW.

Pros

Great products and good salary and benefits. The culture is still somewhat caring although not as much as it used to be.

Cons

Upward mobility limited by who you know more than by merit. You have to have a sponsor to move up. The HR function is very weak as it also is the senior leadership at the area levels. Good leadership is not an attribute the culture of the company rewards.
