Pros

Benefits and people are good

Cons

Absolutely no communication or planning. Training is non existent if you get on the wrong shift. Forget being on the front line when a repair is needed. The engineers do repairs while maintenance is there for minor repairs and PMs.

Pros

To be honest the pay was alright. 18 an hour however the pay scale needs to be adjusted. People are coming in at 19 who just started

Cons

The communication is terrible. The supervisors and management is terrible. They do not hire from within like they claim. Unprofessional and unfortunately the place is very clicky (as in highschool) doesn’t matter you’re worth ethic. All about who you know

Pros

Decent pay, good vacation/ sick time, great health care options (I pay nothing for insurance), good perks, job flexibility, lots of room to move around.

Cons

Disorganized, questionable management, it's hard working with other people who don't know their jobs, too many people pass the buck, job security is a 5/10, with a constant fear of layoffs, lack of cohesion between departments, sometimes the company doesn't put patient needs over company needs.
