Challenging work with good support from immediate management. Opportunity to provide new ideas and solutions to existing problems. Allowed to learn new technology. Majority of coworkers very good to work with. Good benefits and compensation

Cons

Senior management only care about the bottom line and not the staff. Top level management only there for stepping stone up the corporate ladder.
