Pros

Tips for drivers. Cheap shift meal. Great place to begin food service career (but only as a stepping stone). Good cooks can make job easier. Good GM's can be very accommodating to your scheduling needs. More like a family then a crew- people are treated like people- not disposable minimum wage drones.

Cons

Following greatly depends on store you work at: Too much time spent catering to Video lottery players by Mng's and counter staff. Asked to work multiple positions/duties outside of job description such as counter and cook. This causes your uniform to get dirty (bad for appearance when delivering pizza) and your dishes to pile up. Closing or end of shift drivers have excessive amount of dishes to clean-often with little help from other drivers or other employees. Increasing amount of janitorial & other duties added over the years. Upper management of company is a good old boys club with a reactive vs pro-active mentality to everything. Competition consistently has better promotions and operational procedures.

Pros

The pay was okay, but tips were pretty decent on most evenings. Customers were generally nice enough, and the free food once in a while never hurts. The product is good, some of the best pizza around, so actually being able to recommend your food is an obvious plus to anyone who has ever worked at a bad restaurant before.

Cons

On busy nights, the teamwork was lacking. When you wind up short staffed (which happens more often than it should), you have to spend the evening working pretty hard, and quickly becomes an exhausting night. Management was chill enough, but they definitely weren't the leadership types, but I guess that's okay for a pizza restaurant. It's not like we were saving lives or anything.
